Learn to teach eyes-open Mindfulness in Motion 

40- Hour Instructor Level 1 Training

LIVE ONLINE GROUP TRAINING

Learn as a group with live zoom classes. Together you will practice the new material with group activities and teaching simulations.
Group trainings are taught by master instructors.

120 mins |  1 meeting per week \ 10 week training

INDEPENDENT STUDY

Each week you will receive 1 hour of home assignments through
the Academy’s online learning platform. Completion
of all assignments is required for graduation.

1 Hour per week  


SMALL GROUP (POD)

Meet once a week for one hour with your small group via zoom.
You will complete class exercises and go over
new material from the week.

60 mins |  1 Live Online meeting per week  

CERTIFICATION & CEUs

Complete 40 hours of training and all independent study assignments to gain Academy of Mindful Movement Certification. Leave with more tools as a movement coach or trainer. Add a Mindful Movement certification to your resume. The Academy of Mindful Movement is an
IACET, AFAA, & NASM Accredited Provider.
